Hope SA Foundation #SaferWomenDrive started in 2020 with the purpose of education and increasing awareness around Gender Based Violence. For this women's month celebration help our sister's safety by donating a handbag (old / new) with sanitary pads, pepper spray/ safety alarm, toiletries, book, chocolate, and inspiring handwritten note.

These will be handed out throughout the month of August in the communities we support as well as GBV and abuse shelters. You may also donate R200 towards a care package, donations can be made through the following details:

Hope SA Foundation will also be opening their mobile Health Care unit/ Mobi Clinic next month - Medical checks, counselling and distribution of sanitary products to underprivileged areas. The project is expected to expand in 2024/2025 to other provinces.

VARIOUS CHALLENGES I ENCOUNTERED WITH REGARDS TO ACQUIRING AN ONLINE PRESENCE FOR MY NGO Firstly, looking for a NGO to work with is a job on its own and it was even harder for me because the NGO I am working with already has an active online presence.
